CEJI is Looking For a Part Time Administrative Assistant

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Supporting the Director:

Providing assistance on a variety of logistical and content matters as required to support the efficiency of the Director and the office in general, such as scheduling meetings, liaising with Board members, and doing background research as needed.

Supporting Office Activities

Providing assistance on a variety of logistical and content matters to support CEJI programmes, such as letter-writing, event registrations, database modifications, hotel and travel reservations.

Conduct all official declarations with Belgian authorities for administrative matters linked to the social secretariat, Moniteur Belge, Banque Nationale, etc.

Office Management

Liaising with suppliers, maintenance of office supplies and equipment

Processing invoices (payables and receivables) for accounting procedures including filing and facilitating necessary approvals before sending to external accountant.

Acting as point of reference for general office operating needs

Profile: fluent French, English and preferably Dutch; fully computer literate; excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; proactive to take initiative and solve problems; able to work independently and with others; eager to help, at least 5 years professional experience.

Part-time position: 2 days /week, schedule to be discussed based upon availability

Start Date: Immediately
